Cancellation of Accommodation:
From 6 August 2008: a 10% cancellation fees applies
From 6 November 2008: 25% cancellation fees apply
From 6 December 2008: 50% cancellation fees apply
From 15 December 2008: full cancellation fees apply
Cancellation: Registration Fees: strictly at the discretion of the AfriComp Committee.
Prior to 15 November 2008: 80% refund
After 15 November: 100% cancellation fees apply.
* In addition to the above a 5% administration fee will apply to all cancellations
